A musical encounter between Irish and German art-song, Irish Songmakers is joined by Amy Ní Fhearraigh to celebrate the beloved and undiscovered repertoire of the genre.
Following their great success with the recital in Ireland performing at the Blackwater Valley Opera Festival in Woodhouse Estate and in the National Concert Hall Dublin, Liedtreffen makes it way to Germany with performances in the Frankfurter Goethe Haus on June 28th and in Berlin at the Mendelssohn-Remise on June 30th.
We are incredibly grateful to have received support from the Consulate General of Ireland, Frankfurt am Main & Embassy of Ireland, Berlin, with very special thanks to Dr. Axel Klein for organising.
